However the lumbar puncture is invasive procedure that limits its application. Researchers from department of neurology of Catholic institute of the city of Lille, France studied conformity between presence oligoclonal immunoglobulins in a plaintive liquid and liquor. It has been shown, that at 69 patients from clinically isolated syndrome oligoclonal immunoglobulins it is taped in 63.8 %, and in a plaintive liquid at 42 % of patients. At all patients with oligoclonal immunoglobulins in a plaintive liquid have been taped oligoclonal immunoglobulins.
