Scientists have received it from stem cells of an embryos of a male. Thanks to such opening, now it is possible new way to fertilise an ootid. But while, at present, the semen will not be used for a fertilization of ootids. As the cells which have been grown up in artificial conditions, still up to the end are not studied. It is not known, how it can be reflected in DNA change. There is no probability, that as a result of such fertilization the healthy child, free of defects will be born.
Level of the safety, received artificial by, gametes up to the end is not studied yet. But researches proceed. Probably, that years so through 10-15 artificial spermatozoons can solve many problems of sterility.
The British researchers have declared, that the sex cells allocated with it not such active and mobile as it would be desirable, and at an occurring with an ootid they can be simply insolvent. As speaks Brown Nayernya which is the principal of scientists: "Our purpose - to understand in details that occurs in the course of spermatozoon formation.
