In comparison with them fans to have a sleep longer from the third group were, on the average, more hardly on 500-800 gramme.

Worst of all business was with those who suffered from regular bad sleepping - at them the weight increase has appeared at level more than 2 kg more than at sleeping the put quantity of time.

And the most unpleasant consists that all this superfluous Adeps in an appreciable part accumulated around a stomach and sides. That is there, whence it happens most hardly to drive by means of various exercises and diets. It appears, the healthy dream can relieve us of an appreciable dose of sufferings and excess weight.
