healthy foodScientists have analysed properties of the most popular fruit - apples, peaches and nectarines - and have found out in them properties which essentially underestimated earlier.

Scientists of the international group of Institute of researches in the field of the foodstuffs have found out, that the maintenance in foetuses of super-chemical Polyphenolums five times above, than was considered earlier.

One of researchers has declared: "In a human body these substances are fermented by the bacteria which are in a colon therefore metabolites which play the important role are made, for example, in antioxidatic activity".

The research, which results are published in magazine "Agriculture and alimentary chemistry", has shown, that chemical substances which usually were not taken seriously, is the important part of a healthy diet.

Professor Fulhensio-Saura Kalisto who supervised over the project, has noted: "These Polyphenolums are the basic components of a healthy food of people".
