Driving on a bicycle helps to cure a migraine ...

wetting creamDoctors have denied a myth according to which physical exercises strengthen a headache at the expense of additional pressure. For this purpose physicians have forced people to go with a migraine by a bicycle.

There were the new data testifying, that some types of physical activities are well transferred and shown the people, suffering by migraines. The found out facts specify that within the limits of these loadings at people not only frequency of attacks decreases, but also quality of a life raises.

During experiment researchers have defined, that oxygenation level really increased substantially, and deterioration in a condition of patients did not come as directly in experiment, and within a month after it. Physicians have noticed, that indicators of key sources of discomfort, such as have decreased:
Quantity of attacks of a migraine,
Duration of each attack,
Intensity of a pain during an attack,
Quantity consumed for knocking over of an attack of medical products.

The people, periodically suffering a headache and migraine attacks, conduct more passive way of life in comparison with the others, avoiding physical activities from fear of attacks more often.
