Nevertheless scientists consider, that opening does not mean, that at the people who are engaged in mental work, there was an occasion to lay on a sofa in the evening. According to researchers, there are ways to restore will power and nevertheless not to pass physical employment: so, listening of fast music and drawing up of the concrete plan of day can help.
