For inoculations from a malaria will use mosquitoes ...
Scientists from the Netherlands have developed a new method of struggle against a malaria . For this purpose experts from Radboud University Nijmegen used the mosquitoes infected with originators of disease. The report on work of scientists is published in The New England Journal of Medicine.Researchers have divided examinees into the basic and control groups. Members of both groups within three months received chloroquine. This preparation kills malarial plasmodiums when they become the most dangerous and leave in a blood channel. Once a month each examinee subjected to stings about ten mosquitoes. The mosquitoes used in the basic group, have been infected by malarial plasmodiums.
According to scientists, stings of the infected mosquitoes lead to infection with a malaria, but chloroquine does not allow illness to develop. As a result at members of the basic group immunity, as was developed at bacterination. After three months preparation reception stopped.
Even two months after all examinees have subjected to stings of the infected mosquitoes. After that malarial plasmodiums in blood have not been found out in one of members of the basic group. On the contrary, all members of control group have appeared are infected by a malaria.
Other member of research group Carlos Campbell (Carlos Campbell) has declared, that completely teleorganic originators of a malaria are the most suitable to immunization. He has added, that working out of preparations on their basis will help with struggle against disease of which about one million person annually dies.
