Scientists from the Center of development of natural foodstuff of National polytechnical institute located in Mexico City suggest to add in the dough of which do usual macaroni, a flour from unripe bananas. It contains badly digested forms of starch and polysaccharides, but also, is enriched by antioxidants. And Mexican farmers - the crop can be collected earlier, and to store it it is not necessary.

The experiments put with participation of 200 volunteers, have shown, that macaroni with additives of a banana flour on taste is not worse at all purely wheaten and if them to mix with ketchup even it is better. Containing 30-45 % of a banana flour have most of all liked participants of experiment of the spaghetti.
