A medicine struggling with a carcinoma cutaneums ...

The American scientists have presented the new medicine which has shown ability considerably to reduce cancer tumours of a skin.
The preparation is not cured by a carcinoma cutaneum, but the clinical tests spent on 31 patient with the serious form of this illness, show: its use is capable to improve a condition of the patient and to prolong to it a life.
The patients who had malignant tumours, extended on all body, received a preparation blocking activity of a gene which as it is considered, promotes diffusion of cancer tumours, informs eurolab.ua. And in two weeks it has been noted, as experimenters, "fast and appreciable" speak reduction of tumours.

"We observed this result at patients who were not helped earlier by chemotherapy. Improvements were observed at 70 % of patients. Such at us yet was not", - the principal of group of researchers the doctor Floor Chapman has told.
However, new preparations quite often seem promising in summary disappoint. In this case, however, the experts who were taking part in experiment, and experts of the European oncologic organisation never before did not face a medicine which would operate so effectively for so high percent of patients.

The medicine having working name PLX4032, belongs to new generation of the oncologic preparations blocking activity of genes causing a cancer.
